Beginners’ Week – How to meditate
If you want to get to know and deepen something new, then this 5-day retreat is the right thing for you. The week offers plenty of space for relaxation and at the same time numerous opportunities for activities. Our course program includes mantra and painting meditation, collective kirtan singing, OM chanting (a transformative group technique that is part of Atma Kriya Yoga), a hatha yoga class (Babaji Surya Namaskar) for fitness in everyday life, a Bhagavad Gita workshop and finally the opportunity to experience a few hours of seva, i.e. selfless service.
