A TRULY UNIQUE temple in THE HEART OF Europe
The Bhutabrteshwarnath temple is the heart of the ashram. The name means ‘the Lord who nourishes the whole universe’ who takes the form of Lord Narasimha (the half-man/half-lion Divine manifestation) that creates balance and gives protection to all.
The temple is open throughout the day. Prayers occur at the following times:
Daily Morning Prayers: 7:00 to 8:30
Sunday Morning Prayers: 9:00 to 11:30
The curtains are closed from 12:30-16:00
Daily Evening Prayers: 18:00 to 19.15
Daily Evening Arati: 20:00 to 20:10

One Supreme Lord, Many Deities
Hinduism is based in one God, one Truth, one Reality, that is expressed in many different ways. The variety of deities reflects all the different qualities of this one supreme Reality but manifested in different shapes and forms.
Be inspired by the Murals
The main temple room of the Bhutabhrteshwarnath Mandir is filled with remarkable paintings. These brilliantly coloured murals are everywhere: not only on every wall but on all of the ceiling beams as well.
Each scene represents a very special story, called a lila, reminding each of us of the intimate and eternal connection we have with God.
‘In the process of loving and surrendering to the Lord enlightenment is gained, which eliminates the distance between the worshipper and worshipped.’
